It’s not a security issue!

What would be your reaction if you received the following email from a superuser of a system you are supporting?

Hi,
Could you please change the system’s session timeout to a few hours? I’ve got a number of complaints where people have to login over and over again.

It’s not a security issue here, because we all share the same password.

hahaha! Years ago, I’ve heard from someone on “your side of the fence” what his IT (!) company’s network password was. Unbelievably, it was ‘topsecret’. Hurts, doesn’t it? :D
